# Numbers

Buy Indian numbers and attach them to a trunk.

## Buy a number

1. Go to **Numbers → Buy number**.
2. Search by digits, for example `9876`.
3. Pick a number and check its price.
4. Select **Buy**. The price is paid from your wallet.

Each number is yours for **28 days** at a time. **Numbers → My numbers** shows when each one expires.

## Attach a number to a trunk

Calls only work on a number that is attached to a trunk. On **My numbers**, choose the trunk in the number's **Trunk** column.

The caller ID on outbound calls must be one of your Vonyx numbers.
