Inbound calls
Send calls to your number to your own SIP address.
When someone calls your Vonyx number, Vonyx forwards the call to the inbound address on the trunk the number is attached to.
- Open the trunk in SIP Trunks.
- Turn on Inbound calls.
- Enter your Inbound address.
The inbound address is a host, with an optional port:
Leave out sip: and any user part. Vonyx sends the call over UDP, with the called number as 91XXXXXXXXXX. Your server must accept SIP over UDP from 43.204.9.41 and RTP on ports 10000–20000.
Each integration guide lists the exact inbound address for that platform.
