Verify your identity
Complete KYC once to unlock the console.
Indian telecom rules require every caller to be verified. Until you finish, the console shows the verification screen instead of your dashboard.
Choose account type
- Individual: you need your PAN and Aadhaar (through DigiLocker).
- Business: you need your company's registration details.
Enter your name
Type your full name exactly as it appears on your PAN, or your registered company name. Your documents are matched against it.
Complete verification
Verification opens in a new tab. Keep the console tab open: it unlocks by itself when you finish.
If it doesn't go through
| Message | Fix |

| Your account has no name on it | Add your name on the verification screen, then verify again. |
| Name doesn't match | Edit the name on the verification screen so it matches your PAN or company registration. |
| This PAN has already been verified with a different phone number | The PAN is linked to another account. Sign in with that account, or contact support. |
