Wallet and billing
Prepaid credits for calls and numbers.
Vonyx is prepaid. Calls and number rental come out of your wallet.
- 1 credit = ₹1.
- Calls are billed per minute, rounded up.
- Numbers are charged every 28 days.
Recharge
Go to Billing → Wallet, pick an amount or enter your own, and pay by UPI or card. Credits arrive as soon as the payment completes.
The wallet shows roughly how many calling minutes your balance and each recharge buy.
Low-balance alert
Set a threshold in Settings. You'll be alerted when your balance drops below it.
Calls stop at zero
When the balance runs out, new calls are refused with no_balance.
History
Billing → Transactions lists every top-up and charge. The wallet page breaks spending down by category.
